Student History Worksheet   Print out this document and ask your parents to assist you in completing it. This document will help you gather information about the student's educational background. It is crucial to know the student's previous school districts and the number of years they have attended schools in the United States.

2023-2024 EB Reclassification Criteria Chart -  At the end of the school year, a district may reclassify an emergent bilingual (EB) student/English Learner (EL) as English proficient if the student is able to participate equally in an English instructional program with no second language acquisition supports. The LPAC shall use this chart to make reclassification decisions.
